Kimono Obi Silk Clutch Purse with Hexagon Kikko in Ivory, Orange and Purple

A handmade clutch purse upcycled from a vintage Japanese obi featuring hexagons in silver and peach

STORY
The Kikko is a Japanese symbol inspired by the shell of the tortoise in hexagons.  
The kikko brings longevity, luck and prosperity on the Explorer as she goes on her treasure hunting to earn her own keep.

MATERIALS
Base Fabric: vintage Japanese silk obi
Pattern: Kikko in Peach, Orange, Lilac and Purple on ivory
Hardware: 8" metal frame, Swarovski Crystal Kno
Strap: 43" metallic chain strap

MEASUREMENTS: 9″ x 5″ x 2.5″

We do our best to photograph the bag to show how they will appear in person, but due to the nature of working with upcycled material there will be some variation in the pattern seen here. This adds an element of uniqueness to the bag, with no two patterns being exactly the same.
